I visited Dr Prashant at Reforme Medical distressed having suffered facial burns from having  IPL at another salon. His manner was warm & compassionate as well as being quite  humourous. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in all things skin related, listened to my concerns of the scarring, offered reassurance my burns were superficial and that they should fade in time.  Recommended products were readily available at the clinic as well as a list provided of other items required. Clear instructions on how to use in my daily routine were given. I am very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend.
